Fit adjusted with a self- fabric tie belt through a belt loop at centre back. Inseam side pockets. Fit seams from the shoulder flare out into a full skirt. Hem has gathered-on bias-cut bands of self-fabric with a ruffle top edge creating texture, movement and volume.
